We believe that he end game for all eye care professionals, Optometrists, Opticians and Ophthalmologists is to serve their patients well, make a comfortable living for themselves, their family and their employees and retire financially independent.

About Us
Kelly Haight
Kelly Haight began working with Texas optometric leadership and area ophthalmologists beginning in 1987 to developing local, regional and statewide eye care delivery systems.
He has created and directed optometric practice management software user groups, refractive surgery centers, integrated OD/OMD patient management networks and vision benefit provider panels.
In 1998, working with Texas optometric leadership, Kelly created Integrated Eye Care Collaborative, Inc. a non-profit, non-stock single signature IPA that has over 1,800 members. He established Eyetopia Optics, LLC, a Preferred Vendor Program to support Integrated Eye Care Collaborative, Inc. members.
He joined the Prevent Blindness of Texas Board and is serving as Chairman in fiscal 2020-2021. He has lived in Canyon Lake, Texas for the past 30 years with his wife, Cynthia.
Marcelline Ladd
Marcelline began her career Eyetopia in the Customer Service department in 2014 and became the Director of Operations for Eyetopia TPA and continues to oversee TPA operations.
She is presently Vice President of Eyetopia, Inc. and oversees Customer Service, Client Billing and Provider Reimbursements. She is a native Texan and has lived in Canyon Lake all her life. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her new son, Jonah, her husband Travis and their two dogs, Sadie and Mika.
Travis Ladd
Travis joined Eyetopia Optics in 2019 as their Operations Manager. He works with spectacle lens manufacturing labs, frame companies, neutraceutical and optical supply companies that provide preferred pricing to Integrated Eye Care Collaborative members as well as providing additional funding support to the Association.
He enjoys the outdoors and exploring the parks and rivers of Texas with his wife, Marcelline, son Jonah and their two dogs, Sadie and Mika.
Aya Guete
Aya has been with Eyetopia since 2010 and manages the online financial systems for Eyetopia, Eyetopia TPA and Eyetopia Optics. She runs the Eyetopia Individual Plan program which includes COBRA members.
She came to San Antonio several years ago to complete her education and liked the hill country so much she stayed and joined Eyetopia after graduation. She lives in San Antonio with her husband, John, and their daughter, Sanae.
